in full view of minor. Case dismissed.

felony child molestation on minor
13 years of age, along with great

minor was impregnated as a result
of incident. Negotiated agreement
for client to plead guilty to only
1 felony count. 11 felony counts
dismissed, enhancement dismissed.

lewd act in a public place. Case
reduced to simple trespassing.

of lewd act in a public place. Client
granted community service.
- Client charged with 3 counts sexual
battery. Case reduced to simple assault.
